Zulema expressed in a message her conviction that her brother was murdered in a cruel and unjust manner. In her words, she mentioned her mother, Zulema Yoma, and emphasized the importance of clarifying the events surrounding Carlos's departure.
"Today, with mom, we pray for your eternal rest. Someone called me to ask if I knew anything about my brother: 'Zule, the helicopter crashed.' May God have mercy on all those who tried to hide the truth about your departure," Zulema wrote, revealing that she already felt inside that her brother had passed away before officially receiving the news.
